Solihull Council welcomes Aarca, to their new office at Cranmore Place, Shirley, Solihull.
Aarca Sales Recruitment UK serve both UK and international clients, providing recruitment support for specialist sales roles. The new central location within Solihull will provide the organisation with an ideal platform to recruit on behalf of clients across the Midlands and throughout the UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, Far East and mainland Europe.
John-Paul Shields, Managing Director at Aarca, commented: “Cranmore Place is a very fresh and new serviced office facility. It offers us a great environment for our staff to work in, whilst at the same time we have all the facilities necessary for candidate interviews and client sessions. We would also like to thank the Council who provided us with invaluable information that helped us to identify the appropriate commercial premises that suited our needs.”
Maxine Dobson, Business Centre Manager at Managed Serviced Offices Limited, said: “Cranmore Place is just a few minutes off the A34 Stratford Road, located within easy access of public transport links. It’s our newly refurbished flagship business centre which offers potential occupiers high quality bespoke accommodation.”
Councillor Ian Courts, Cabinet Member for Economic Development at Solihull Council, said: “Solihull has seen a wealth of recent investment from both established business sectors, including professional services firms such as Aarca, through to high growth areas such as medical and ICT. This has amounted in over 310,000 square feet of commercial space taken up in less than six months, demonstrating Solihull’s buoyancy against national trends and challenging economic climate.”
"The borough also has a proven track record in developing businesses and helping them to grow and expand within the local area. We look forward to working with Aarca to support them with areas such as networking and building links with the local community.”
The Council can provide free and comprehensive advice for all businesses who want to relocate or expand in Solihull, as well as support for building a business. For more information on the Council’s business team contact 0121 704 6920 or email business@solihull.gov.uk
